POLITEHNICA Bucharest at NAFSA 2025

Between May 27–30, 2025, POLITEHNICA Bucharest participated in the NAFSA 2025 Annual Conference & Expo in San Diego, California - one of the most influential gatherings dedicated to international higher education. Our university attended as part of the Romanian Pavilion, coordinated by the National Council of Rectors (CNR), reaffirming Romania’s position on the global academic map and reinforcing our commitment to strengthening international partnerships.

The POLITEHNICA delegation was represented by:

With more than 8,000 international education professionals from over 100 countries, NAFSA 2025 brought together university leaders, policy-makers, researchers, and global education experts under the theme: Purpose, Place & Partnership.

Through a comprehensive program of plenary sessions, thematic workshops, roundtables, and regional forums, the conference provided an invaluable platform for:
