    Join us on campus for a day of dialogue focused on expanding academic cooperation, enhancing mobility frameworks, and sharing institutional experiences and best practices.

    The workshop track will feature sessions on Models of Joint and Double Degree Programs, Funding and Mobility Opportunities, and Emerging Trends in Global Higher Education. Partners who wish to contribute with a presentation are kindly asked to inform us in advance.

Day 2 - Mobility Fair

    Engage with our academic community by presenting your university’s programs and international opportunities to our students and staff and strengthen your visibility as a partner institution.

    Each participating institution will be provided with a booth by the host university.

Practical Information

How to arrive from the airport

  • By taxi
    Taxis are available at the designated taxi stand located just outside the arrivals terminal of the airport. For a safer and more reliable service, we recommend using the “Taxi by Request” desk inside the airport. Approximate travel time to the city center from the airport is 40 minutes.
  • By public transportation
    • STB - Bus
      Express Line 100 connects Henri Coandă Airport with the city center and operates daily. Buses run every 15 minutes during the day and every 40 minutes at night. The travel time is approximately 50 minutes. More information is available here.
    • Train
      A direct train service links Henri Coandă Airport with Bucharest North Railway Station, offering a quick and convenient connection. The travel time is about 50 minutes. You can find the train schedules here.

Transportation / moving around the city

  • Bus (STB)

    Before getting on an STB vehicle, passengers must have a proper ticket for the respective public transport vehicle. The price for one 90-minute ticket, valid for one metropolitan trip, is 3 RON (~€0,60).

    The Activ card can be loaded with trips and any type of pass, which can then be used in parallel. The nominal Activ card and the non-nominal Activ card can be purchased and loaded at any STB sale centre and vending machine. The nominal Activ card can also be recharged online.

    The Multiplu travel card is designated for occasional passengers and can be purchased at any sale center or vending machine.

  • Metro (Metrorex)

    Passengers can access the platforms only after purchasing and validating the ticket by the fare collection system. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket sales points in all stations. The price for one trip is 5 RON (~ €1).
